What does the forest have to do with Covid-19?
The current Covid-19 The situation is getting worse - that should be clear to everyone. The coming days and weeks will determine the further course of the pandemic. How is your own health and well-being? It is more important than ever to strengthen yourself and take time to get away from everyday life. A balance should be sought. Sure: it can go up and down, but basically it is desirable to stand on a fairly solid plateau. A foundation that can certainly falter - because that is also healthy for the psyche. Not everything can run at a NN level (normal zero) - that would be the reign of monotony. However, we love the music in STEREO - both sides.
Therefore, everyone should find ways for themselves that take them away from regular “creation”, a welcome and perhaps completely new way to change perspective – to be able to be inspired by new influences and impressions.
We all have our habits, of course – but consciously going against the routine can sometimes work wonders.
Yesterday, on October 23rd, 2020, I was in the forest, near the Geretsried Einsstadion (which is still not finished!). The mission was to "switch off" a bit and it actually worked. I captured a few autumnal forest impressions in the photos on the right.
The photographs were taken with an iPhone 11 – however, digital post-processing followed in Adobe Lightroom.
The day before yesterday the Adobe MAX Conference is over - there were many exciting presentations and webinars held here: also on the new, great changes since the new releases of quite a few programs from the Creative Cloud. The workflows have been adapted to new requirements. Many steps have been simplified and optimized for mobile and tablet use.
