The Forest Summer Festival is as much a part of Geretsried as the Isar River is to the Upper Bavarian region \u2013 and in 2026, the popular folk festival will once again be the summer highlight of the region. July 24 to August 2<\/strong> The festival grounds at the Jahnstra\u00dfe<\/strong> into a vibrant mix of tradition, music, enjoyment and pleasure.<\/p>\n

For ten days, a lively folk festival atmosphere prevails. The large festival tent forms the heart of the forest summer: here, families, groups of friends and clubs meet for cool drinks, Bavarian delicacies and atmospheric live music.<\/p>\n
