We all know and use many programs and apps on our mobile devices to access information, make purchases \u2013 or even to work creatively and effectively.<\/p>\n

As a design studio or agency, you are often faced with the task of optimizing or monitoring various processes during a project.<\/p>\n

Here we would like to introduce just three tools that we work with.<\/p>\n

Of course, we use many other programs and apps, this is intended to be a kind of mini-introduction, which we will probably turn into a whole series.<\/p>\n

We would like to start with the creative preparatory work, the conception.<\/p>\n

Often you want to get inspiration in advance. You can use search engines, browse through books or look at various \u201cinspirational websites\u201d.<\/p>\n

A site and a service that combines at least two of the above points is called: Niice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The website www.niice.co<\/a> offers a great way to search for images because it filters the top results from various sources and displays them to the user.<\/p>\n

We signed up as beta testers for niice.co some time ago and have now officially been able to create individual mood boards for several weeks. A great feature is the ability to invite people to these mood boards. Of course, you can also share individual boards with one click.<\/p>\n

All of this has made us fans of this \u201cimage search engine\u201d. For example, if you have Pinterest\u2019s Pin-It button integrated into your browser, you can also publish individual images and photos on Pinterest.<\/p>\n

So our first recommendation:<\/p>\n

Secondly, we would like to mention the time tracking tool Toggl<\/a><\/strong> introduce:<\/p>\n

In the free version of the tool, you can easily name tasks and stop the time spent working on them. The app also works in the browser - there you also have access to all previous "tools".<\/p>\n

In the Pro version (the app is available in both the App Store and Google Play), you can enter even more details about the respective \u201ctoggles\u201d.<\/p>\n

Our second recommendation:<\/p>\n

We would like to conclude this short round of introductions with OneNote from Microsoft<\/strong><\/a>:<\/p>\n

An unbeatable tool that can also be used in a team. Notes and much more replace the eternal paper chaos.<\/p>\n

Universally usable on every conceivable system, this tool is almost a must - of course, everyone has their favorite apps and programs - that's not what this is about.<\/p>\n
